I just finished rewatching this for a 3rd time. How do I make the emptiness I feel without this show go away?

Suck a couple of cocks.
Ok but can we talk about how much better Aku has gotten look and voice wise? Like in his first appearance, he was way off-model and too brightly colored and Greg's voice was honestly terrible. But this episode? Greg sounds spot on and on top of that, Aku looks on model perfectly. He even had the red mouth outlines. Same with the "Malaise" scene. So my question is, wtf even was S5E2 Aku...
>>91967491
Genndy's first time drawing Aku in 10 years.
And don't give me that "it was a flashback, he's depressed now" nonsense. It was just bad animation and vocal direction.
>>91967491
He was just getting up from a long nap so his complection was off
Don't you see, I'm not real.
>>91862189
You will always be real, Annie. Always.
>>91862189
She looks so cute, but then I realize she's underage and I feel bad.
>>91862189
she looks so anime esque when compared to any other character in the continuity.

So what was the general /co/nsensus on TOME anyway?
Fuck off Kirbopher you goddamn hack.
In these dark times of originality, creativity and talent in web animation, it serves as a reminder of the virtues of obsessive dedication, emulation of anime, and egotism. It's shit.
TOME is a shit game with bad tiles and is programmed horribly. The gameplay isn't fun and there's basically either no challenge at all or you get one-shot, there's no in-between.
Also it lags on even the best computers.
Unless you're talking about the original, of which no copies exist; ToME2, which is just a bog-standard Angband variant; or ToME 3, of which no copies exist.
Not sure why you posted this on /co/ instead of in the roguelike thread on /vg/, honestly.
Secret Empire #0 will be big in the Diamond numbers because of a gimmick using Funko, but retailers and digital made it clear that the event sold worse than an absolutely normal issue of Superman.
What went wrong, folks?
Also, what went right for Superman, outselling Marvel without even trying? /co/ said to me he was unpopular.
>>91861392
Probably hurt by both Civil War II and IVX being fucking disasters.
>>91861392
Cover price could be a factor.
But also, who cares about the new event? All I've heard about it is nazi cap.
>>91861392
It's still bad if it's the only book they managed to get it in top #5

OH MAN THIS IS SO DARK FINALLY A MATURE CARTOON FOR ME, THE MOST MATURE MAN. I THINK WE'VE GOT THE NEXT FAMILY GUY UP IN HERE. WAIT TILL I TELL REDDIT
this was PRETTY FUCKING GREAT
>a MCU movie with a good villain
>a team movie that gives plenty of screen time to everyone AND adds new people to the roster AND has actual emotional character development
>best fucking Stan Lee cameo in movie history, bar none
there's not much action in it I guess. but great movie overall. it feels much 'fresher' than the latest MCU offerings. I enjoyed Dr Strange very much but it felt was incredibly formulaic and I was beginning to feel burnt out from all these endless MCU movies and post-credits teases and Infinity Stones.
GotG2 has none of that. I dunno if it's as good as the original yet but it's definitely up there in my Actually Good MCU Movies along with GotG1, Winter Soldier and Iron Man.
ask a Pedro shit about the movie I guess. I was a pretty big fan of the original Giffen/DnA run so I can offer some perspective on that.also my name is actually Pedro.
I won't see it for a while, but I honestly have no idea who the villain is and I'm okay with that.
>>91965331
Agreed, felt like a breath of fresh air from the usual Marvel formula and IMO Gunn went to town with the movie.
I'd say it is one of the best entries in MCU up there with Iron Man and Winter Soldier.
>>91965397
You wish
>>91965331
I'm feeling inclined to say the first one was better desu. But if you liked the first one you'll definitely like the second. If you're a DnA-fag then you won't be happy.
Felt like everything had to end with a joke. Some scenes felt like actual comedy skits.
Mantis was there to further the plot and comic relief.
The Sovereign didn't get much focus but enough to set them up for Vol. 3.
But I did like how it was more character-driven andEgowas an intriguing villain for once. A lot of the jokes were actually funny and worked, the music worked too.
VICTOR VON DOOM'S GONE STRAIGHT!
Victor Von Doom?
THE Doctor Doom, of Doctor Doom fame?
THIS guy I could see doing that.
Hey!
But Doom?
THE Doctor Doom?
Yeah, he JUST said.
Guys, I'm not--I'm not LYING.
As long as the writers are Doomfags, Doom will always be a shit character.
>>91861103
Bendis? The writer, Bendis?
Doom is a fucking PUNK.
Everyone talks about how horrible a villain he is, yet every damn one of his reads, at least the ones that I've seen or been suggested to see by /co/, depict him as more of a fucking antihero than an actual villain.
Joker -- Killed Jason Todd, paralyzed Barbara, killed Sarah, etc.
Magneto -- Ripped Wolverine's fucking skeleton out
Green Goblin -- Killed Gwen Stacy, all of the psychological damage to his own fucking son
Doom -- The nigga delivered Reed Richards' child.
His big "act of villainy" there was just NAMING THE GIRL. Sure, you can toss out the whole "oh well he was proving that he could do something that Richards couldn't, he could help his family when Richards could not", or the bs "Oh well he's a classy motherfucker dohoho/he's an honorable villain" crap out there, but when it comes down to it, Doom hasn't done SHIT.
That all being said, Doom crying at 9/11 wasn't any sort of break in character or anything to me. Hell, I would even go as far to say that it was entirely IN character.
What went wrong?

I legitimately can't tell if this was an exaggerated episode description or made up.
