OK, I must admit it: I did NOT see this coming.

the Ethics professor that triggered her turning into an actual tyrant and forced her to deal with it?Apparently he wasn't their professor at all.
Now that the dust has settled, what do we think of Redditors of the Galaxy vol.2?
>>92231162
It was awful. Lazy, immature humor. Forced, barebones, character arcs. And every character's feelings and motivations were just flat out told to us instead of actually being shown. To the point where they literally had a character whose whole thing was telling us what people were feeling.
Literally made for autists.
>>92231162
It was good.
I didn't particularly cared for the first one, but Vol. 2 had some legit great scenes, even though first 1/3 is quite awful and it still has no style of its own.
>dust had settled
It's been out for a week around the world and 4 days in the US.
Post uncomfortably OOC moments in cartoons

And yes, this was out of character despite the fact she had no character. She was always chill and collected, why'd they decide to make her a goofball here?

>the fucking pudding layer is on top of the hand layer and doesn't even look like it's sticking to the palm of her hand, but rather to the side because you see a bit of the bottom through the animation
fuckng trash
>come to /co for some Samurai Jack fanarts
>instead the sperging virgins pick on every single detail of the show
Am I literally the only one who is enjoy the season so far?

>enjoy Samurai Jack
>make some mild criticisms about the show
>instead the sperging shippers white knight by accusing all complaints to be about virginity
>>92229811
There are about 5 threads about SJ and all of them are how shit it is now compared to original season.
Are you blind?

>Implying that this speaks for the entirety of Samurai Jack criticizers
>Implying there aren't at least a dozen turbo-virgin, nostalgia-addled, autists sperging about Samurai Jack on /co/.
Why are you guys butthurt about the kiss
>>92228919
Because it's following a trope nobody wanted or asked for. We just wanted to see jack fight off Aku and win.
We're not. It's tumblr that's butthurt.
But you already knew that and just wanted to make another ragebait thread.

Remember when cartoons weren't about sjw crap and empowering loud mouthed women?
Name a better science fiction cartoon.

thats not Ben10
literally any science fiction cartoon
Jesus this was a sloppy piece of shit.
They mess up the word "ancestors" with "descendants" in the opening exposition.
>>92228607
Really?
Firstly, I'll need a character and a half decent reference image. The better the reference the better for everyone involved.
Are you talking OCs or established IPs?
>>92228242
IP's would be best, but I'll take any DECENT OC's if they're not cringe incarnate.
>>92228204
>>92228264
Okay, here's a reference image of a /co/ character. Now what?
For 24 hours, you temporarily possess Bendis. What do you do with that time?

>NIGHTWING: THE NEW ORDER is the story of a future world without “weapons”—where superpowers have been eliminated and outlawed. The man responsible? None other than Dick Grayson, a.k.a. Nightwing, now leader of a government task force called the Crusaders who are charged with hunting the remaining Supers. But when events transpire which turn the Crusaders’ aim toward Grayson’s own family, the former Boy Wonder must turn against the very system he helped create, with help from the very people he’s been hunting for years—the last metahumans of the DC Universe.

Oh good, I was wondering when this would be up.
I keep seeing you anons reference this one phrase from GOTG 2, did it really stick out that much?
>>92227344
Stuck out in my mind, yeah. It was funny, but also showed that Quill had grown as a person and that Yondu just wanted Quill to like and admire him.
If you haven't seen the movie, it was
>Yondu rides down hanging from his arrow
>Quill says he looks like Mary Poppins
>Yondu: "Who's Mary Poppins? Is he cool?"
>Quill skips the opportunity to give him shit and says, "Yeah, he's cool."
>Yondu, low-key excited that Quill called him someone cool, declares proudly, "I'm Mary Poppins, y'all!"
It's a great moment.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxqqdATF7w8
I think the fact that an MCU film ended on such an emotional note was really needed.
I'd really like to see more speculation about Yondu's place in the Infinity War. I was enjoying that in the last thread.

Why don't the gems know what birthdays are? They never bothered to like look around, and notice a common human pattern of celebration and cake?
So Pearl doesn't know what birthdays are, but she knows what "suburbs" are? ("the suburbs have been around for 60 years" or whatever). What?
Why doesnt Amethyst know? She's not Homeworld cultured to not care about things, and she knows a lot of stuff about humans, but not birthdays?
Who thought this up? It makes sense if the gems arrived a few years ago, but not for thousands of years.
>>92069648
They know what birthdays are, but they choose not to celebrate them because their age is an illusion, you fucking autist.

season 1
It's 2012 and Marvel has just announced a Guardians of the Galaxy movie is in production.
What was your reaction?
>>92226737
What are the Guardians of the Galaxy?
>>92226737
>They dumped Chris Pratt in a movie that the general audience has no idea what it's about? Guardians of the Galaxy's gonna suck!that was actually my reaction back then

cautiously optimistic
slightly off topic, but i was the anon who said they'd never make a Suicide Squad movie because it had suicide in the title and would basically be more DCEU garbage that the reviewers would pick apart easily
turns out i was half right
still i was right about them never making a Metal Men or Shazam movie tho, so i got that going for me
