Watching rerun and it's just bad. She defeats Zuko in first appearance. Next time she chases team for whole episode and escapes from whole team+ Zuko and Iroh. Even her childhood shows her as a perfect villain. And this goes on until the finale (Boiling Rock is the first slip up). I admit that I watched show on TV only, so I might miss something from big picture.

Indie is just short for independent or simply personally financed or made
Alt as in alternative is simply different from the norm which in comics is serialized cape or gag/newspaper strip

Okay, we've got a few major things in play:
>Aku took control of Ashi and used her to fight Jack.
>Jack couldn't bring himself to kill Ashi because of love.
>Aku took Jack's sword.Even though Aku can't use it to harm Jack or any living thing that's innocent because he's evil. But, sinceThere's Aku in Ashi, he could harm Ashi, but that'd just be a dick move.So, odds are he'll do something that'll make it so Jack can't use it.
>The Scotsman has an army. Willing to assist Jack. There's also other people on Jack's side.
So, let's see what could happen with these factors in play.

Imagine being Dipper in this scene and having to be all like "Damn, Mabel, you're such a great sister, with how you caused the apocalypse and left me and everybody else to die. You've never met anybody this fucking disgusting before, and now you can swear you can taste the spittle flying from her mouth as she babbles about rainbows and glitter or whatever the hell, smugly assured that you're enjoying being the brother to such an "adorable (for that is what she calls herself)" girl, a girl who worked so hard with you sacrificing everything for her your whole lives. Enabling delusions or sugar coating the truth is the worst fucking thing you could do. The truth is something you're supposed to deal with and learn from. Running away from reality or the truth just because it's unpleasant is cowardly and ultimately destructive.
