I felt pretty sad watching the ending. It gave me good memories back when I was a kid when I would watch cartoons as a way of escapism form the madness of the household and in the world. Now the show is gone just like my happy childhood memories. The fact that Jack lost his wifu and the last scene was a striking blow.

I watched the musical because of these animatics.
I loved it, then I got sad when I realized an animated movie version will never happen.
The best I can hope for is going the way of Little Shop of Horrors or The Producers and going from film to musical play to musical film.

Did you not watch the final episodes on itunes? Everyone got cured of nanites except for Van Kleiss, The Pack, Rex, and his monkey sidekick.

It captured the hearts of autists.
It had its moments but they were few and far between, mainly when Zim was being surprisingly competent which was basically always when he's a force for good.
