Edith or bust
feel free to try to prove me wrong
you and I both know you can't
>>92956982
It's been YEARS since I read the books, but didn't Krupp have something going with one of the other teachers? Why make a new character? She is pretty cute though
>>92956982
The fucks with her hair?
Also a tolerable faculty member in captain underpants?
Inconcievable
>>92956982
No shit, Ashi fucking sucks?
It took four movies for the DCEU to make a movie about a hero who actually wants to save people.
>>92956884
you
Better late than never. Is the movie actually good? And I don't mean halfassed acceptable, at least Lego Batman or better?
>>92956884
It took this long to get a movie that didnt have Snyder's or WB corporate interference all over it
American Dad is currently the best animated comedy on television.
It's alright. Not as funny as Family Guy. Don't really understand why /co/ likes it more. Maybe because it's more right wing?
>>92956620
it used to be good but it went to shit slightly before they moved to TBS
>it's a body swap episode
>>92956546
Body swap is an underutilized fetish if you ask me.
>>92956546
body swap /ss/ is best /ss/
>>92956546
LOL
Will Tom chase him to the ends of the earth?
>>92956532The movie ends with him finding The Head.
Remember this.
It is official
Milo Murphy is currently in London
Whut?
>>92956157
Why is he balding? Isn't he supposed to be in highschool?
>>92956287
Milo Murphy went on a vacation with his family. following the chain of recent events (world wide) he's currently in London.
So, how is the Kamandi Challenge so far? I've never read any of the series, but the premise intrigues me and I was thinking of starting with the Challenge series
>>92956002
There is no substitute for Kirby, anon. Kamandi is straight up one of the coolest comics to come out of the 1970's. Read that.
>>92956365
This guy has it right. Kamandi is Jack Kirby saying "Hey Planet of the Apes is a thing. Well fuck that, I can do it better."
>>92956002
I liked the first two issues well enough, but I don't know if they're the greatest intro to the character, it's a bit of a whirlwind tour of the Kamandi-verse.
Definitely read the Kirby stuff though. I think some was reprinted recently as a prequel of sorts to the Kamandi challenge
Did you see it coming?
Also,How do you feel about the "Gods=Kryptonians" theory after this movie?
>>92955635
It was spoiled for me bythe news that Thewlis was playing Ares. When I saw him in the trailer, I knew.
>>92955655
I didn't care after Suicide Squad so I went in without any expectations, but I saw it coming when he started pushing the armistice
yeah I saw it coming. He had just a bit too much screentime and the movie needed another twist
Why is Looney Tunes spelled "Tunes" instead of "Toons"? Isn't the name supposed to be a play on the word "Cartoons"? Wouldn't it make more sense to spell it "Toons"?
No
Silly SYMPHONIES
Merry MELODIES
Looney TUNES
its music see...
>>92955628
Is it weird that I read this comment in the exact cadence and tone of Foghorn Leghorn.
>>92955628
This.
The earliest Looney Tunes shorts were based around music and the name just stuck.
Other than Scrooge, why is Goofy the only original Disney cartoon character that is like-able and unboring?
>>92955467
He's relate-able. He's a father, he's not the smartest guy in the bunch and he just wants to get by. Not to mention he's never really been a dick or anything to anyone. He's just a lovable oaf at worst and a devoted parent at best.
Because those are the two characters that they gave cartoons with storylines and character development to.
>>92955507
This.
So what happens when this show goes tits up?
Will there be 7 seasons of Fionna & Cake?
>>92955312
>Will there be 7 seasons of Fionna & Cake?
God almighty, I hope.
>>92955312
this show is still really good. it dipped for a while, but the fact that I enjoyed season 9 of a cartoon is shocking
>>92955312
>implying it won't be Finn & Jake: The Legend of Penelope
Now that the season is over, would you say Greg Baldwin did a good job voicing Aku? I noticed a lot of complaints about his performance at the start of the season, but they lessened as the season went on. So I figure people either got used to it, or Greg got better as he went on.
I think Greg stayed the same throughout, but the initial shock of New Aku threw a lot of people off.
To be fair, he doesn't do a great Mako, but he still does a FANTASTIC Aku in his own right. His voice definitely fits the character of Aku, if nothing else.
Got used to it.
>>92955262
Genndy hired him from the audition and the last two episodes are incredibly close to Mako's delivery, so I think the "weird" voice Aku had pre-episode 9 was deliberate
So what did you guys think of the latest season?
I personally loved all of the callbacks to the rest of the series. Even though Karl planning Julien to meet Koto was an asspull (and I think they even pointed that out), it felt tightly plotted. Even some of the darker, weirder turns like Mort being a multidimensional devourer or Julien's plot in Episode 10 didn't feel too out of place. I know there's another season coming, but I'd be fine with the show ending there.
It really highlights how Ted is their favorite character.
They don't even bother to address that there's no logical way he could have been there, he just is.
>look up show
>There's 5 seasons
Oh
So is Karl canon gay or what?
What did Spencer mean by this?
>>92955072
Some dumb bullshit probably, who gives a shit.
Obviously the only rational choice in this situation is to go evil and beat the shit out of the female competition
>>92955072
He's saying the 90s Bad Girl character type isn't popular anymore so the characters that fit into that mold either have to adapt to current trends or risk fading into limbo. That characters like "Captain Marvel" and "Thor (Jane Foster)" are the popular types of female superheroes these days, but it comes at the expense of many female characters that used to be popular but are no longer in vogue.
>Blocks your heart
I don't really like Damian. idk if that makes me a pleb but he's just lame to me. Same with Tim Drake as well, it feels like a logical step that Batman wouldn't take any proteges after the whole Jason Todd debacle
>>92955803
Also why would Batman let his own son become a Robin like that? Wouldn't he want his child to not have that life?
>>92955803
> it feels like a logical step that Batman wouldn't take any proteges after the whole Jason Todd debacle
Tim's entire point was that he was there to stop Bruce from going off the deep end after Jason died. I think Bruce was even against the idea at first.
>>92956425
The kid was raised by Talia and was already killing people by the time he ended up with Bruce.
Read comics.
