THEY'RE MAKING A SECOND SEASON
WASN'T ONE ENOUGH?

Source?
I haven't heard anything about a second season being made but yesterday, they released this Special Edition version of the first season.

They claim that the episodes were reedited but don't go into any more detail than that. I honestly think it's the same episodes just with some behind the scenes stuff added at the end. That's just a guess, I'm not spending $50 to find out.
I can't find anything on a second season but there was a kickstarter for a comic that was supposedly going to be closer to the original series in someway but it fell through.

I couldn't get throught the first few episodes.
Why do they have to emphasize trough several scenes, how disgusting dojo is while sensing the shen gong wus? Is this what passes for entretainment these days?
The fuck

That's female heroes and anti heroes and villains for you, they all get raped.
I'm sure what you have cut off in your screencap isn't relevant at all.
>>92967660
It wasn't
>created Harley Quinn
>created Renee Montoya
>launched Dini into prominence
>revolutionized Freeze's character
>solidified (heh) Clayface's appearance and relaunched him into popularity
>repopularized Poison Ivy
>launched the DCAU
Has any "adaptation" done more for a character than BTAS did?

The Adventures of Superman radio show comes close.
>The “Faster than a speeding bullet/Up in the Sky” opening
>Battle for truth and justice
>Introduced Perry White
>introduced Jimmy Olsen
>introduced Kryptonite
>first Superman/Batman team-up
>arguably exposed the character to a bigger audience than the comics and strips had at that point
Wonder Woman 77
>created the lasso spin
>probably other stuff
>>92967804
the donner movies also added a whole bunch of staples
>crystal tech of krypton
>family crests worn on chest of kryptonians
>pa kent dying in way that superman could not prevent
>zods flunkies
>lois providing the name for superman
>floating jor-el head
I'm feeling really, really depressed.
Any uplifting comics or cartoons you can recommend guys?
Thanks

Telly Savalas was white Mediterranean.
I still remember the reaction when this came out. What do you think of it now?
I think it's a good thing it's not in continuity anymore.
Probably the absolute worst moment in Wonder Woman history.
>>92967123
It's an abominable piece of garbage that caused long lasting damage to the series, and it belongs in a dumpster fire. Absolutely nothing about the story makes any sense, the initial premise is broken on a fundamental level, and the plot relies on all the characters acting idiotic and out of character. This is one of the classically infamous bad comics alongside works such as Cry for Justice and Avengers Disassembled, and for damn good reason. It's like the Metroid: Other M of the Wonder Woman franchise, and is best used as an example of how not to write a story.

>It's an abominable piece of garbage that caused long lasting damage to the series
Agreed It killed the chance of wondy ever getting a solo event.
How many episodes should there have been?
>>92967101
13.
>>92967101
500 episodes focusing in greatest detail on every small thing so that everybody is left satisfied.
Will Marvel hook Peter Parker up with Liz Allan in the comics soon /co/?
WM/BF
For what purpose?
>>92967057
He looks like a young Willem Defoe, and not in a good way. She looks like an alpaca.
>>92967057
Isn't Liz Allan the mother of Harry's son and crazy now?
The movie was pretty good. There were some weird problems though.
Like, her weapon inconsistencies and the fact that all the main characters fought across the front line and were still clean and unbloodied by the end. Idk, little things like this made it underwhelming. Like, was this totally for children?
You know, you could have gone to one of the dozen existing threads about the movie and posted there, instead of thinking your opinion was just SO important it deserved its own thread as if this was your fucking blog.

The idea that this is a bad thing is troubling.
The idea that tweaking it is going to keep you from being seen as a child for enjoying it, is hilarious.

Make Iceman a villain. Ice themed villains and puns are neat

>I know what you’re thinking. Has it come to this? Is there no hope for the hundreds of classic theatricals (not to mention the Tex Avery’s) still not restored and released on disc? I promise to make it up to you this fall. SHHH-H-H-H! I’m working with Warner Archives now on a special “classic cartoon” collection that will be announced very soon. And hopefully it will be the first of many more…
More Looney Tunes will be getting DVD/BD releases soon, thoughts?
>>92966705
Nice, I guess.
>>92967835
I know.
I really hope it's MGM stuff, because outside of some Tom and Jerry DVDs, there have been very few dedicated collections of MGM cartoons, even most of Tex Averys MGM stuff isn't on DVD or Blu-Ray.
