Instead of changing the script or ignoring my note, the writer changed the universe continuity to make it fit to the story he wants to tell like it was nothing. I'm told later this is normal of that writer, and in fact that how he resolves most of the disputers with editors.

And people wonder why big 2 is in the shitter.

i am really not a fan of the few DC i read (mostly wonder woman), yet i decided to give batman a chance
i don't plan to read many years worth of comics to make my opinion.

Why does it seem lately that whenever an indie writers does something for DC it comes either ok to great but at Marvel it's usually either painfully mediocre to outright terrible? Is it the editors?

There are exceptions obviously but seems to be the overall trend for the past five or so years
