You learn that you are a clone of a superhero that exist in another universe. The ones that made you and dumped you here in this dimension, purposely removed you meta-gene. What do? Also what power would you have had?

HELLO INTERNET
Why can't recent legacy characters be more like him?
>>93027756
The book had a wider theme of the past, how people interpret that past, and form a legacy out of it. And Jack was central to those themes.
The modern selection of legacy heroes are mostly in books which either strive to be no more than disposable entertainment or tackle things happening now in a preachy way that wont be relevant in 5 or so years, in which the protagonist could be a talking shoe and nothing would change.
And Robinson was a good writer and Harris was a great artist.

Going a bit off topic, but I always love those little stars as a visual element.

What is /co/'s thoughts on the Steven Universe episode Coach Steven? Personally I loved the episode and this might be shocking, but I actually liked the song in that particular episode more than Stronger Than You, which seems to be the shows most popular song
>>93027582
Concern, because of Sugilite.
I LOVE SUGILITE
>>93027582
Loved the song. Classic Pearl before she became annoying. New fusion that will never be used significantly again because of weird casting choices. 10/10 episode
Childhood is idolizing Superman.
Adulthood is realizing that Lex is totally right in pretty much everything he says, and that if such a person existed in the real world, everybody in this board would trust him as much as we trust muties, and however good his intentions might be in the beginning he would be corrupted by his power and go all Injustice.
No one man should have all that power.
>>93027365
Fuck off, Lex.
Luthor you're drunk again. Go to bed. The age of men is over.
