So I can read just fine, no problem there
But recently I tried reading a comic for the first time, and shit was weird
I struggled to keep track of where I was, it was difficult for me to move from one panel to the next without getting them mixed up and ultimately I had to stop because my eyes and head were hurting
Is this a thing? Or am I just being retarded?
>>93550060
Which comic was it?
>>93550060
I had the similar problem minus head and eys hurting when I tried my first comic. Granted it was at the age of six but I think it IS a universal thing for the first timers.
>>93550099
Watchmen
>comics are shit
> the tv division is shit (minus Daredevil and Luke Cage)
>cartoons are shit
What's the problem with them? Why can't they put something nice out even if their lives depend on it?
>>93549912
>Luke Cage)
Gonna ask you to retract that.
>>93549988
fuck you I liked it.
>>93549912
They're having an Identity Crisis.
His mission is to replace all life with himself. His avatar is a shapeshifter that visited Earth in the Eighties. He is played by Kurt Russell.
Ego is The Thing.

Well, Star Lord does kinda act like Jack Burton...
Who should get a movie first?
>>93549553
Static should have gotten a movie years ago to complete with Spider-Man. Also, he is an interesting character. Never liked Cyborg outside of the TT cartoon or the old TT comics.
>>93549553
Static is such on obvious choice for a movie that only WB could fail to make it.
>>93549553
Static is shit, cyborg is just worse than shit
Is Central City St. Louis or Kansas City? Is Metropolis Chicago or New York? Is Gotham New York, Atlantic City or Detroit?
Why does Marvel use real cities? And why does every fag in tights live in NYC?
>And why does every fag in tights live in NYC?
Art imitates life.
>>93549505
Metropolis is NY, Gotham Jersey City.

I legit was expecting that map to be the porn one and was confused as to how one faps to Texas.
Who's your favorite writer of Batman? Explain your case.
Grant Morrison: I like Grant's insane everything is canon bullshit and I dislike Batman.
Grant Morrison because he gets Batman.
Scott Snyder because I think he has cool ideas that he tries to fit into the Batman mythos, making it stronger.
Tom King because I love what's he's done with Batman so far.
Scott Snyder should be taken off the list because of his constant fascination with Black Robin, but I like horror too much to let him go.

>My favorite Batman writers are the last three people that wrote Batman!
If he's named Spider-man, why can't he shoot organic web?
Stop making this thread
>>93549365
He should have both organic and mechanic.
if he was shooting organic web it should be coming out of his arse
Reminder that today is Uncle Grandpa's series finale and it's being overthrown by a Teen Titans Go! marathon.
>>93549309
the series finale is today?!!
i had no fucking idea
Nothing of value is lost
...I honestly thought it got cancelled last year
>It was all a le dream! It was all a subconscious manifestation of a contemporary teenage boys struggles! Or was it... ?
I just watched this and it was a legit 10/10 until the last two episodes.
Is this one of those shows /co/ obsesses over? Post all the best memes.

It's good. Don't try to ruin it for yourself like that. At the end of the day, it was still a lot of fun. I hope the network will be more willing to push out creative endeavors like this in the future.
Also never look up your waifu's VA. Can't believe I made such a rookie mistake.
>>93549413
Why? She was exactly what I imagined.
What went wrong?
>>93549173
>Jurgens
>>93549173
DC mistook fondess for the original creative team for fondness for the team/characters.
>>93549173
They tried to make it a serious book instead of a sitcom.
What went so so so so so so so wrong?
That a) it was just a mouthpiece trying to prove a point about superheroes at the expense of nearly everyone in the cast's canon characterization and that b) in retrospect, way too much space in the early issues is spent making the reader think that "whodunit" is going to be relevant in the end, with characters investigating and shit, when in the end it stops being relevant since the patronizing parts take over
That said, some of the heroes' reinventions were pretty cool

So what do you guys think of Iceman so far?
It's pretty fucking boring and middle of the road but it's not nearly as bad as I'd assumed it'd be. I'm betting things'll improve once Daken shows up.
