Is MCU Ganke better than Bendis Ganke?
They are both equally terrible in their own ways.
I haven't seen the movie, and I haven't read the comic, but yes.
>>93767756
Good guess, actually. Pat yourself on the back.
Because you've already seen vanilla Spider-Man five times
>>93767411
Because they introduced him in Civil War, which they based on the civil war comics where he was a protege of Stark. Even had his own iron-spiderman suit and all.
>>93767411
i thought they had a really good relationship
it came off as some really goo bonding between the two, and we got to see spider-man develop and learn
it was also hilarious seeing the father-son moments between the two, i found it pretty funny
and it also reinforces that spider-man and ironman live in the same universe, they arent separated by invisible walls that only go down for team movies
Dammit when is it coming back. It's been like two years.
Good evening owls,
so many best covers

ugh, Lemire fucking sucks at teams

Why haven't they figured this out yet?
>Animal man? Really? Animal Man?
This is essentially a best of for the 80's, which is a plus in my book.

That's not a knife... THIS IS A KNIFE!
>>93768190
That's not a knife, that's a spoon.
could someone explain this to me? Two wanted criminals with a list of charges longer than my arm fuse into a new (dangerous) being and it gets off scott free because as a new being it dindu nuffin? What about all of Sandman and Hydro-Mans victins, they just have to eat shit?
>>93767049
>scott free
http://blog.oxforddictionaries.com/2015/04/scot-free-origin/
>>93767049
Well it is technically an entirely new being. As long as it was proven to be a completely separate from what created it, I see no point to hold it responsible.
I mean you don't convict a baby for what it's parents are guilty for.
>>93767049
Wouldn't the two of them fusing count as personality death? If so, it's the same as two wanted criminals dying and a new person being born from their corpses.
I just finished the 2nd omnibus a fre days ago and have ordered Overture. Are any of the other titles /spin offs worh chechking out? (Such as Death, Dream Hunters , Lucifer etc. )
>>93767009
Death and dream hunter are awesome.
Never read Lucifer.
lucifers pretty cool if your into your cosmic/religious crazy power level adventure.
>>93767009
Lucifer's pretty good, but not at the same level as Sandman. I read all the spinoffs, they're all pretty mediocre.
Except for Death and the Dream Hunters and the like, that Gaiman was involved in. The shit like Thessaly and the House of Mystery are lame.
Hey /co/, remember when Wolverine was reduced to just a skeleton and then regenerated back to normal?
That sure was fuckin' stupid.
That was cool.
>>93766985
Wolverine was cooler when he just healed kinda fast and had to actually worry about dying
>>93767025
>Let's completely dissolve any and all tension that could be felt about our main character's safety by making him literally unkillable
yeah man, real cool
Who are the Special Agent Dale Coopers of /co/?
(trigger-happy mods, please bear with me here)
I'm looking for well-written, moderately complex characters with potential for both badassery and comedy, and full of interesting -or at least, non-obnoxious or obviously forced- quirks. Or rather, characters that only muscle-memory contrarians could possibly dislike.
So what do you got?
Uh... Doom? Punches God in the face, then refers to himself in the 3rd person and goes back home to his "straight outta Grimm's Fairy tales" castle to hang out with Santa Claus and be painted "like one of your French girls". Not to forget artistically rage at Richards while fucking Morgan's Le Fay in the days of King Arthur... Doom's weird...
Have you ever triedd to learn how to make 3d cartoons?
The closest I've come is a couple shitty GMod videos.
>>93766732
Remember when the Ghibli 2D software got released for free some months ago? We got excited for maybe half a week.
3D is even more of a nightmare to learn on your own, specially using Blender

Why is high fantasy such an obscure niche in comics?
>>93766731
Lends itself better to literature than comics. Also anything that isn't superheroes was niche by default in the American market for a fifty year period, you've got a lot more fantasy comics coming out of Europe and Japan in that same timeframe.
>>93766731
Because why read fantasy when sci-fi is clearly the better choice?
>>93766731
Is it? I feel like there is tons.
Plenty of D&D comics, including stuff like Rat Queens or Order Of The Stick. Monstress, Amythest of Gemworld, I Mage, Nonplayer if ya count videogame high fantasy, Head Lopper, Bone,
Comic adaptations for Game of Thrones, Dark Souls or Dragon Age or probably ElderScrolls, JRR Tolkien stuff, Jim Henson stuff like Dark Crystal, even Clive Barker horror fantasy biz.
And that's all just off the top of my head.
