Barracuda is a great villain

Hasbro’s Jem and the Holograms may currently be out touring with the “Infinite” crossover mini-series, but they’re already plotting their next move with the just-announced Jem and the Holograms: Dimensions.
This new series from IDW Publishing will be an anthology comic set in Jem’s world and will bring a rotating roster of talent into the mix, as well as some Jem mainstays, to tell new adventures, with two self-contained stories per issue.
The debut issue sees writer Kate Leth (Patsy Walker, A.K.A. Hellcat!) and artist Tana Ford (Silk) jamming on a Dungeons and Dragons game night where Jerrica plays the role of Dungeon Master and even Synergy joins the fun! Just as exciting, Sophie Campbell returns to the world of Jem, writing and illustrating a story about the Misfits on a ski trip gone south when Pizzazz’s cat is on the loose!
Sarah Gaydos, IDW Group Editor says,
“Sophie, along with series regular writer Kelly Thompson, took the classic Jem and the Holograms concept, and reimagined it for a new generation of Jem fans. Now, with Dimensions, the floodgates have been opened for creators new to Jem to come play in Kelly and Sophie’s arena for an all-star jam session.”
Jem fans can rest assured that Thompson won’t be going far, though, and can anticipate her return to the series before you can say “Showtime, Synergy!”
Issue one kicks off in November with main cover art by Tana Ford and variant covers by Jem art team founding members Sophie Campbell and M. Victoria Robado, plus Eisner-nominee Derek Charm (Star Wars Adventures).
I would just like to point out that after a three decades long absence, Jem and The Holograms are getting new stories and all kinds of spinoffs continuously.
It's an outrageous world that we live in!
why are they playing d&d? do they still do music?
As we all know, Sony plans to do spin offs that will ride the success of Spider-Man: Homecoming, said films starring Venom, Black Cat and Silver Sable.
This is outrageous and unacceptible, as we know Sony will deliver poorly. So, the question I present is this: How do we fix this? Clearly we don't want this, so how do we let our displeasure be known? How can our disappointment be heard? How can we prevent this?
All I hear are moans, groans, and complaints, but never ANY solutions. So what would help?
>>93834241
Nothing, they complain about everything.
>>93834241
they do it for money
deprive them of money and they'll stop doing it
>>93834275
But why aren't they? I mean, if the "nerd audience" didn't see it, surely they'd notice, right? But this supposed "nerd audience" hasn't. I mean, I bet most people here who HATE Spider-Man: Homecoming knew they would not like it...but probably saw it.
Why? How do we stop that?
Will Marvel cast him?
>>93834185
No, that would require them to do something genuine and cool.
You'll have to age him about 40 years from that picture, anon
>>93834185
I didn't know superman was mysterio.
WE'RE GONNA BRING THE DINNER TO THE TABLE
THEN WE'RE GONNA EAT IT
Am I the only one who feels like this show hasn't aged as well as Courage, The Eds, PPG, and Dexter? I watched the entire series a few days ago and it felt like there were only a few episodes that really REALLY good like the Scooby crossover

Apart from the first and last season, it is pretty solid.

Johnny is a god tier character stuck in a meh show
Johnny Bravo had a weird run. The first season is how he's remembered and it was ok, though not great. Then the second and third season were basically a different show (Johnny became a literal retard and the show was sillier and more off-the-wall), yet they were pretty funny, arguably even better than the first season. Then came season 4, which was more like season 1, but just not as good, mediocre at best. And one of the most iconic CN shows just died with a whimper. Then years later came that fuckin bollywood movie.
So lately I've been looking at some Old Communist china flags, and for a project I was was working I was looking for the order of which flags Comm China had at what date but I have no sources whatsoever that can tell me these details. Please help
Guess nobody really knows either? Shameful bump
WAIT WRONG BOARD!!
I'm not sure this is really the place for this, anon. This is /co/mics, not /co/mmunists.
Try /his/ or /int/
Was he a good fit for the roll?
>>93833829
No, but he sure as hell made it his own...somehow.
He HAS to be in a superhero film at SOME point, though, and as a villain, too.I swear if he's not cast as Norman Osborn...
Nah, he was a pretty terrible choice. I remember reading a story about Johnny Depp being approached to play the lead role in the GR movie.
>>93833829
Yes. I hear he came up with shit like the martini glass full of skittles on his own.
Apparently the Ava's Demon chapters are named on a voting system.
Our latest installment- I Lived, Bitch
>>93833590
is there another thread right now?
''Listen, Spender, it happens to the best of us. Well, no, it doesn't, it only happens to the worst and weakest of us. But it's *okay* if that's what you are.''
>Sorry for the wait, page took longer than I expected to finish! Hope you're having a good Friday!
wtf I actually like the last two panels???
>>94046196
Am I dreaming or do the majority of the panels on this page have ACTUAL BACKGROUNDS?
It's a fucking miracle.
well yeah he spend twice as long as normal on this
so how long until a succesful /co/llaboration that isn't hijacked by fetishists?
Are you stupid? Nothing generated by a committee of people who are not being compensated will ever bear fruit. Ever.
I have this great idea for a superheroine who lost her arms in a tragic accident, so she fights crime just with her feet...
>>93833584
/co/ is kind of like a bunch of executives in like they all think they have great ideas but unlike executives they don't have the money to follow them trough, so never.
If there is a beach episode starting the Santiago-Casagrande family, what kind of swimsuits would they wear?
>>93833294
you know the slut would wear a sling bikini, and force Ronnie anne to wear her old black bikini that's too tight and whose bra keeps snapping
How well would he do in the Marvel or DC universe?
>>94046152
Interesting
>>94046152
You might have made a mistake, somehow, in this whole post.
>Marvel's already got, like, five of him.
>>94046276
I think Hank would provide an interesting contrast to Deadpool in that he only communicates with movements rather than words and for the most part he is a very serious guy.
>All this spidershit on the front page
>>93833288
>>93833288
i love spider-man
and you can tell /co/ loves it too, since nobody would make 30 threads about something they hate
>>93833288
The age of comic and cartoons are ending. Soon it will only be moive adaptions, not discussion only stealth politics, company wars and shitty memes. The old God's are waking anon
