I love pumpkin seeds. They are a great source healthy fats, fiber and minerals that are hard to get in other foods. They also have a huge amount of protein for seeds.

you can do either. depends how they are baked. if they aren't baked so much, the shell is har dto eat, but if it is sufficiently cooked it's easy enough to eat the shell

I don't like the store bought bagged ones, but I'll make a bath or two myself in the fall. I dig 'em, and they hold up, fresh baked, for like 5 days.

Yup, I buy em from sprouts and eat them as a late night snack, they're great

theyre ok, so healthy though i like the shelled ones or pepitas better
