Are multivitamins a meme?

Yes.
Nutritionally speaking they do nothing.

inb4 dozens of manchildren who subsist on tendies and ranch rave about how you "just need to eat a balanced diet, it's easy"
I take vitamin d because I do not live in Tahiti, deal with it spergs
>>8660091
yep
vitamins are a deficiency based nutrient
If you don't get enough, you'll fall ill
If you have a normal diet, this shouldn't be a problem
And then there are the people who think that more = even better
It doesn't work like that
The only vitamin deficiency pretty common is D. This happens mostly during winter.

You don't need to live in Tahiti to avoid taking supplements. Anyone who goes outside even briefly most days will get vitamin d. And eating a balanced diet is easy as hell. You just sound sick and lazy
wtf i hate zinc now

I ride my bike to work before the sun comes up. I ride it home when the sun is already down. It's an hour each way. I go outside for lunch, usually for about 15 minutes total; there are 20 story buildings all around me and I can see a small blue patch of sky if I look straight up. In the winter, I probably spend more time outdoors than most people in my area, it may be 30 degrees out but I'm out there, because I like being active.
And yet, I don't get any sun. You have any bright ideas, besides taking pills?
makes your pee expensive when you take too much vitamin C

Ride a hot air balloon to work?
