I love spicy/hot food. I eat it as much as I can and I've always loved it. Recently I got a shit ton of pickled whole green chilli peppers and I go through a jar in about 2 days since they are so delicious.

Problem is that my ass is burning every time I take a shit. Is there a way to prevent that?
