Agreed. When I lived in CA it was easy, it was perfect avocados all the time, they were practically falling from the sky. When I lived in Mehico the abuelita took care of it and it was just magic. Now that I live in the frozen north 100% of my avocado consumption comes from fast casual joints because it breaks my heart throwing out all those supermarket avocados that are either rotten inside or hard as wood. I think it's something about the ones they send up here. No wonder people on 4chan think that avocados were invented by a restaurant chain.
I really want my avocados to be green in the inside, not yellow.
