The sauce for this chicken tasted of blue cheese, and I *think* those were pigeon peas. A little salty overall, but otherwise excellent. I was told that the vegetarian option involved layers of breaded eggplant, cheese, and roasted veggies.

That looks like nursing home food. White Minute Rice, some frozen green beans, frozen carrots, and a pasta noodle thrown in a frying pan for 7 minutes until luke warm, hot, and frozen at the same time. Then two chicken breasts wth some breading that is half washed off, thrown in an oven till it is over tough, no seasoning, just some white gravy with like 4 black beans thrown in for color.
