I don't think people who do eat it with their hands are degenerate, but recently I started using a knife and fork. I can't stand getting my hands greasy and smelly, I always have to wash my hands after eating with them or else I feel dirty touching other things.

So eating it with a knife and fork is just less hassle.

Unless I guess the pizza isn't greasy as fuck, like some frozen pizzas. But most chain pizzas are.
