I don't eat garlic raw but every time I'm frying some meat I throw in a few cloves of garlic, it adds to the taste and it fried garlic is delicious

I love raw garlic. In fact, when I make traditional korean bbq at home, I like to put a clove of garlic in the meat lettuce wrap along with some rice and hot pepper slices and toenjang or koljujang.

Raw garlic is good with this sweet+sour+meaty hell that is hot borsch.
