Nyquil has too much acetominophen (paracetamol;) it'll tank your liver. You need robitussen (dextromethorphan) proper, or even more fun benadryl (diphenhydramine.)

Milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon. Microwave it. Drink it. Hot vanilla.

apple pie in a cup.
ingredients
>apple juice
>white bread
>oil to stop it sticking

cut off crusts
flaten bread until it's bendable
oil cup
mould together multiple sheets into cup;
making sure it'll hold the filling
flaten 1 flattend and trimmed slice for the lid
cut up a piece of bread, put pieces in bowl and drip apple juice in until bread adsorbs as much as it can
drain excess juice
bake at 180 C for until firm
pour apple juice filling into cup
put lid on top and push edges down with fork
bake until lid is crispy
enjoy
