Yeah, packaged food usually lasts for a long time even after the best buy date. It's not like there's really anything in there that can go bad.

I've accidentally eaten expired Graham crackers and a package of exoeired packaged donuts. Both of them has the same horrific chemical taste and smell that didn't come out of my mouth for a very long time. After the first bite you immediately realize something is very wrong.

Ramen shouldn't have an expire, rather a best before. Best befores are.. guidelines to say the least. The most it can become is stale
