I would bet any "Coconut Thai" recipe could be converted to add orange or replace with orange. Also any "Sweet n Sour" recipe could probably substitute orange as the sweet portion.

Could work if it's based off the Asian style meat with orange sauce concept

I have a recipe for some orange + coconut milk soup somewhere.
Its quite good.
I'll see if I can dig it up.

One part tomato passata, one part orange juice; Salt, pepper. A slice of goat cheese, some zuchini strips and some croutons as dekoration is my goto soup if i haven't planned on a multi course meal but have to do one anyway without having anything at home.

Sour orange can grace a soup much as lime or lemons adds a little brightness at the end. Think S. and C.American. Pick one, from Sancocho to Sopa de Lima. Sour orange could swim in things like curried or orange beef stew, or ceviches.
