So ive been going going around some shady sites and around the 50th pop up i saw a coffee recipe
and so i decided to look into it
(its fucking butter put into coffee)
and they claim that it helps with weight loss (it apperently doesn't)
but it still probably tastes good?
also its not actually bulletproof its just the name, some gay faggot claims to have invented it (dave ass-spray) , while others say its been around forever.
but judging from the fact i found it while browsing porn im guessing its the latter
any opinions/facts welcome

but if you are on a primary fat based diet with less than 20g-30g of carbs give or take, it's good for morning energy
I did it when I was in keto and it worked, but Keto is a shitty way to live and I got tired of it after 6 months. Lost some weight though which was nice, but I can never go back to not eating carbs again
