how moist are you from this? on a scale of 1 to 10
burgers with: fried jalopenos and onion, 2 slices of cheese, salad, tomato and pickles. mustar,ketchup and garlic hot chilisauce.
seasoning was: salt,pepper, steakspice, few drops of veal fondue on one patty and soy sauce for other. didn taste much difference between them cos the garlic chili sauce and jalopenos was so powerful. i also froze 2 patties for tomorrow to see does the taste improve.

i just wanted them softer and when i turned heat up for patties it started to burn
