jesus fucking christ, who can't wait for water to boil? How do redditers function?
>>
people make up fake stories on Reddit, just like on 4chan

only difference is that you actually get imaginary internet points ie an incentive on reddit for making up a stupid story
>>
women were a mistake
>>
I cant even finish reading this. How in the fuck did a pot melt from boiling broth?
>>
>>8463262
Yeah I didn't know metal could melt on a stove. How long does that take?
>>
>>8463262
because this story is a complete fabrication for internet points, burners don't get hot enough to melt metal
>>
>>8463267
they do when they break

t. experience
>>
>>8463201
>implying any of this ever happened

Just another brain dead redditor making up stories for meaningless internet points.

They easily can. You ever see an electric range glow red? That's about 1400F or about 800C (roughly). A gas flame is over 3500F / 2000C.

Aluminum melts at about 1200F 660C.

So it's entirely possible for a stove to melt a piece of aluminum cookware. OTOH, that would be assuming the cookware was empty. If there was any water in it then it would have to boil dry first.

This will be deleted and you'll be banned because the moderation on /ck/ is easily triggered and absolutely inept.
>>
It's Reddit. Most threads are people making shit up or posting drivel for upboats.

JET FUEL CAN'T MELT ALUMIMUM STOVES
>>
>>8463201
This story contains more bullshit than a cow farm
>>
>tarantula
>georgia
When this hit the zenith of bullshit.
>>
>>8463621
A cow farm doesnt have much bullshit, the male breeding stock is kept pretty low.
>>
>>8463281
This is why we don't use aluminium for stew pots laddies.
