One of my favorites is smashed cucumber salad.
Kind of envy having barbecue for the holidays, I spent one Northern Hemisphere winter in Aussieland and it was pretty great.

I am partial to Tuna salad. Only problem is it is not exactly filling enough by itself for dinner.

When the weather is hot and I need a well earned break, I head down to the nearest McDonald's® restaurant.

On offer is a wide range of delicious burgers and tasty treats the whole family will love. The prices are pleasing to the pocket, just look at this LARGE, yes LARGE size frozen Coke® for one $1!

So why not head on down today, I know I will! I guess you could say I'm lovin' it!

Yeah a chook and a potato salad is adequate.

If I have to make something presentable I'll do sliced up lamb over a leafy salad with like beetroot and cuc and so on.
