Talk about an item in your kitchen you think is either unique or just really cool. I picked up this dehydrator recently from craigslist. It's not my favorite tool but I made spicy ground chicken jerky which was actually pretty good, I'll probably do it again.
My dad was a gadget buyer. It's a fucking curse. The only piece of shit like that in my kitchen right now is pic related. I fucking hate it and think about throwing it directly in the trash every day.

Does it work? How are fries?

Wtf is that shit?
This isn't unique anymore, but I still use one almost everyday. It sits on the counter.

Is than an Excalibur?

It works, yes and yes you can make a shitload of low fat fries or even potato chips in it but I can make a smaller but still decent amount of them in my convection oven or literally more than too many the old fashioned way in my deep fryer.

It's a Japanese automatic electric stir frier. It does make okay stir fry and if I made stir fry for every fucking meal I might actually get enough experience with it to know exactly when to add each ingredient and overall cook times but I don't and it just sits there taking up way too much counter space.

How can you have more than too many of something? Too many already implies that you have an excess.

You've obviously never gotten down to business with a sack of potatoes and a deep fryer.

what do you do with it? can it grind up frozen fruit? I lack a blender in general so this might be good to get, and yeah a 4 tray. $30 from some hipster

But too many is already too many. You can't have more than too many. More than too many is just too many.
love this thing
obviously doesn't have the oil taste of being deep fried, but does get everything pretty crispy with much less cleanup
