Anyone cube their own steak? This top round was $1.29/lb so I threw it in the freezer for an hour then cut it up and cubed it by hand. I went for extra tender and broke out the $2 china express punchy stabby.
Anyways, what do you do with it? I've only really ever chicken fried it
braise it in chicken stock.

the jaccard was something I had purchased recently so I wanted to test it. I actually pounded the steaks a bit with a rolling pin also before pan frying them - it came out extremely tender in any case
