You sound like a weak idiot
>>8424916
That's how it work, you eat a lot to gain mass then your burn it at the gym, if you eat healthy is way more easy to burn the grass and the exercise focus more in gain muscle

>/ck/ know about what is really healthy, i need something more objective
Ah! Well memed my friend.
/ck/ is mostly fat fucks that discuss fast food or pedantic guys that will try to teach a French chef how to properly cook a ratatouille because they know better.

>>8424906
>muscle-less grass
please explain this
>>8424906
>Best protein sources:
eggs
cheese
milk
white meat like chicken
>Semi-good protein sources:
Legumes like beans, lentils or peas
They are high in protein, but their protein isn't "complete" as they say in nutrition, you need to combine them with rice or other grains to complete the protein. If you combine them, then they are just as good of a protein source as meat or dairy. This is only a problem if you do a low-carb diet which usually limits grains. Legumes are great because they are also high in fiber and vitamins.
>best fat sources
nuts (best in a mix, best source)
canola oil (best omega 6 to 3 ratio of all cooking oils)
seafood (eat at least once per week for omega 3 or alternatively take omega 3 pills)
meat in general
eggs and cheese again
>tips for low-carb diets
Your gut flora depends on resistant starch (mostly found in grains and legumes) and fiber (fruit and vegetables) to stay healthy. If you cut out all carb sources, then your gut flora will suffer rather quickly and you will end up with constipation and small hard painful lumps of shit.
Therefore make sure you get enough fiber through legumes like peas or beans, this will increase your stool size and make it more fluid.
Also you should take 1 to 2 teaspoons of potato starch mixed with water every day. It needs to be cold, so don't heat the mix. Start with a low amount, or you will get flatulence.

Do Americans really post like this?
I just try to hit my protein needs and caloric deficit. Chicken is p goat. Salads help fill you up. But overall I eat what I want just in a moderation to keep under for calories and just fuck with protein powder at the end of the day to fill my needs. Been doing good. Lost 13 lbs and doubled my squats in a month.
Fitnesspal or lose it are great apps for keeping you on track. Overestimate the calories you eat, underestimate calories you burn.

Kek, nope you get the energy from good carbs like brown rice, oats, whole weat bread... The source of making muscle are proteins, Shakes, Jam, Chicken.
Green veggies are important to the metabolism, health and dont become sick
Back to fit and make a food thread you kunt
>>8429575
>brown rice
Doesn't it absorb nutrients in your system?
What foods to eat if you are fat and want to gain muscle while also losing weight?
Hijacking this thread. What's a good replacement for heavy cream? I like to use it for my pasta sauces
>>8429626
sour cream/yogurt or evaporated milk for baked sweets, cauliflower blends work well enough for a thick creamy replacement to cream in savory pasta sauce like alfredo
or half and half
it really depends on what your trying to create, though if it's just a splash of cream in a pasta sauce for flavor consider a tbsp of some low fat cream cheese or laughing cow
>>8429580
What in the actual fuck are you talking about.
