Okay, here's a challenge.
Let's say someone who's definitely not me is in a shitty situation and has no real money for about a week and a half, and has to eat.
Let's say this person has a $45 credit on Amazon. They are also currently in a hotel-like living situation and only has access to a microwave.
What could this person conceivably get from the Amazon pantry to sustain them for about 10 days if they only ate one meal per day?
Ramen would be an obvious choice, but variety would be nice.

Sugar free gummies or jerky and slim jims

Is there actually a decent way to prepare eggs in a microwave without poisoning myself?

Tbh they CE out really fluffy and nice and I prefer microwaved eggs to pan fried ones :x

Yes, just get a bowl, put a bit of water in it, and microwave for ~1-2 min, you can tell it's fully cooked by just cutting it in half and making sure the yolk is completely solid (if you want it that way)

Multivitamins and electrolyte salts.
Assuming you have an extra 7 or so pounds of fat lying around, it's perfectly safe to fast for 10 days or so, as long as you have electrolytes to replace what you lose during urination + vitamins you may be missing out on. As an added benefit, your immune system will get stronger and you will have better insulin sensitivity.
Other microwaveable pasta dishes. Like Kraft makes a mac & cheese for microwaves (search kraft easy mac). Or Near East makes a bunch of couscous dishes in boxes (search "near east couscous").
Calorie/cost ratio, I'd go with peanut butter, ramen, and eggs.
Soylent

Instant soups like maruchan or nissin.
Whatever is cheaper.
Peanut butter and crackers.
Crude eggs i with the noodles if you wanna play the salmonella roulette.
