Baby Spinach
Grated Parmesan
Pasta if you're not a fucking pussy about carbs

get fresh beetroot, carrots and turnips or parsnips or whatever root vegetable
also fresh parsley leaves
cut all the roots in chunks
throw in water

apply salt and bay leaves
boil a bit
olive oil is fine too
add fresh ground pepper and chopped parsley leaves, that's it.

solid good soup, best warmed up when it has brewed a bit
