As for suitable for human consumption liquids, lemon juice or vinegar. Carbonate it for added acidity.

Anything with added in acids or naturally acidic on top of being carbonated would likely be the most acidic beverage. After breaking the seal of a carbonated beverage the compressed CO2 turns into a gas and carbonic acid.

Depending on concentrations a basic compound will "burn" the living fuck out organic material (more like reducing them down into lipids). Stomach Acid and HCl are about the same acidity. Phosphoric Acid and Aqua Regis would be even worse than HCl.
