not a food blogger but i just remembered this guy i cant remember the name of the guy but i used to watch this guy on youtube
he was some old canadian(?) dude who always shotgunned lots of steamwhistle and other beer while cooking stuff

i cant remember if he was good at cooking or just entertaining to watch but i do remember he did a lot of stuff one handed cuz he was holding the camera himself a lot

does anyone know who im on about?

I like Mark Weins but ill be damned if he isnt a bit of a fruitcake. that face is either love it or hate it. I do prefer his older style of commentary and tend to skip all his travel blogging for the food bits in his newer videos.
