most skinny fucks you see are pre-diabetic. just because they are skinny doesn't mean they don't eat garbage all day.

some people can just pound a family size bag of doritos and not get fat but they think they are healthy also.

some people are just insulin resistant.

they don't have a shitty diet, they're not out of shape.

they just have fucked up genetics that curses them with type 2 diabetes for no apparent reason.

I am 26 and i got beetus typ 1 two years ago. I've allways been fit and healthy and eaten healthy. Kind if unfair. We have a tendency for autoimune stuff in my family though.

I'm only 145 lbs at six foot, just wondering if eating too much sugar will fuck me up?
