I work for the Australian branch. Don't buy them - most of the time we cool them and leave them in their PHU pans for hours and then give them to u. Sometimes if I feel like it I'll put in an extra nugget to spite my boss. But currently we aren't serving that deal in Australian branches anymore. We got a shitty rip off of six for five bucks just because they're tender bites. It ain't worth it and the customers know it. But I still have to encourage them to buy it.

Many US locations are not promoting it. My local has a sign on the menu that says 10 for $3.49, If you ask specifically and mention the tv spot, they will honor $1.49, but by default, they are charging $2 more.

Not worried about the nutrition, but seeing the serving size and servings per package will give me an idea of its actual worth.

Usually, I just make simple pakora batter, dip floured, nugget-cut chicken thighs in it and dump the nuggets-to-be into hot oil to fry to deliciousness.
Thighs are 49¢/lb when on sale, yield about 55% meat-portion (IE 1lb, 13oz of whole, bone-in/skin-on thighs will yield 1lb of boneless, skinless, fat-trimmed thigh meat at a cost of around 89¢/lb) and are .likely tastier to boot.
Of course, if you like your nuggets as a more heavily processed foodstuff, you can blitz the boneless meat with egg whites, chicken-flavoured stock powder and corn starch, pour the slurry into molds or something and freeze before removing, flouring, battering and flash-frying (to keep the batter in place) then, finally, re-freezing for future use.
