Mix balsamic and minced garlic, too. Eat with onion rings.

Use a bit more mayo then ketchup then add just a bit of Worcestershire sauce or mustard for god tear fry sauce. Or use barbecue sauce and bourbon instead of ketchup.

Not complete until you open up a packet of salt and pepper on that pink mound of mayo/ketchup. Preferably if it's soaking through some paper wrapper onto your lap.

Former Utah fag here. The "secret" in our fry sauce is a tiny bit of pickle juice in the mix. It adds some nice zestiness to the whole thing. We have this local place called Crown Burgers, and they literally have the best fries/sauce combination in anything I've ever tasted.

I miss Utah ;_; I moved to commiefornia and while in-n-out is decent, I have yet to find a single good tasting pastrami burger as good as what Crown Burgers had.

Don't miss it too much. The inversion has already started. Nothing really compares to a Utah pastrami burger with that weird Greek immigrant pastrami though.

Has anybody tried curry ketchup? I went to a German bar and somebody was the stupid american and didn't get the authentic pretzel and was bitching about the ketchup being "spicy" (I know, I cringed harder than all of you). I tried it and almost came, curry powder and ketchup, it's fucking glorious.
