Cold cheese > warm/melted cheese
What are some good recipes that use cold/nonmelted cheese?
all i can think of is cheese and crackers, salad, and maybe tacos
Sandwiches
I usually have it on top of my pasta. Also burritos, or most MexAmerican food.
>Put some salted water to boil
>Remove cold cheese from cold fridge
>cut into slices
>carefully place each slice side by side on plate
>make that shit look good enough to eat
>drizzle with some olly oil
>make a traditional sangria from walmart
>enjoy your orange cheese slices and fruit juice

Ha, op's pick reminds me of pushing dasies...i loved that show.
Interesting lacuna op. I suppose it's because the dish needs to be cold, and the majority aren't.
I can't think of anything other than lunch stuff and salads.

I tried burrata for the first time this recent Thanksgiving here in America. It didn't taste like hardly anything.
