Browning the meat, I forgot to add the ginger and garlic to the oi before adding the meat so I will just be adding it when I add the spices and habanero; won't be as good but it'l do.
Add spices and alcohol and butter. I used some wine but some bud light lime probably would have been better.
I'll remember to look it up next time I need to do do that. Looks like it's bruising your greens pretty hard for a sharp knife.

Now while it simmers for a while you can get wasted and get your shells and stuff ready.
I don't see any bruising; there is one brown peice on the right but it was like that before I cut it. unles I'm blind; duno senpai.

Meat done; on a side note it smells like marijuana in here suddenly but I haven't vaped it in years.
If you have small wraps like I do you gotta break the chips up a little and make them smaller. gettin ready to fold.
After crispin it; next time I will probably egg wash the wrap so the last fold sticks, or something.
Tastes pretty good.
I used asiago cheese; however a 2 year aged new york white cheddar would have been better.
