Lets cook some shrimp pasta. I made this recipe up and usually use it with fish but used some shrimp today; good shit, ok.


First we put spices on the shrimp.

Next what we do is

put some canola oil in pan with some fresh chopped ginger and garlic.

Let that cook for a little then add some red thai curry paste.

then you add some white whine or beer, I used bud lite lime this time because that's what I had.

then add some milk and sugar.

Add some butter, squeeze half of lemon, and add parmesan as well and let it reduce a bit, then add the shrimp and cover for 7 or so minutes.

I mean i see what youre trying to do, and in all honesty its probably a 7/10 dish and tasty, but do know in thai cooking lemongrass is usually used instead of lemon and coconut milk instead of milk. it seems like you are trying to cross thai dishes(ginger, curry paste) with italian flavors(parm, white wine).

Yeah I wanted to put some finely chopped basil and cilantro on it but I didn't have any TT. I also had a bowl of broccoli though if that counts.
