I didn't have any leftover turkey, just leftover ham.

I made some ham and egg sandwiches for breakfast yesterday and had ham and green bean casserole sandwiches today.

I'll probably make some ham salad at some point and I'm thinking about making some stock with the bone and make some kind of ham and potato soup.

So far, I've just made a turkey sandwich (the Moistmaker), turkey and vegetable stuffed sweet potatoes, and turkey pitas (with tzatziki, spinach, tomato, and red onion). Will probably make some turkey-vegetable soup tomorrow. No leftovers tonight, we'll be going to our favorite ramen shop after we go to a concert.

I put the turkey in omelettes, quesadillas and I'll make a soup later tonight.
