Okay is camember supposed to be really mild? I mean, it barely tasted of anything at all. I had it lightly broiled on some sourdough (not like strong sourdough either, it was grocery store sourdough) and I don't even remember what it tasted like. I was expecting something more like aged cheddar, or blue cheese, something that sticks with you for a while. I don't know. Maybe I got a bad one. It was imported from Denmark though.

Also, if you'tr going to spend the additional money on imported cheeses, generally try to import from that cheese's country of origin, in this case France. Usually yields better results. The biggest mistake most people make is to treat all cheeses the same. They're not. They need to be paired with different flavors properly.
