Keep cooking them in a reasonable ammount of bacon grease. Nothing else keeps them from sticking as well, and your body produces way more cholesterol per day than what you'll get from the grease.

With as little butter as possible. Just enough to keep the eggs from sticking.
Then crack eggs into it when the butter is almost done boiling. then add a few drops of water and cover with a lid and a few shakes of tony chachere's.

Spread a generous amount of salted butter on your toast and top with your poached egg, after drying with kitchen paper. Salted butter makes a big difference in terms of the egg flavour. I don't know why but it does.
