You could do tea smoked duck with onion pancakes and plum sauce.

You could roast the whole thing, but I'd break it down, use the breasts for one thing, legs for something else. If you could get your hands on soem duck fat, confit the legs.
If you roast the whole thing (score the breasts), save the fat in the bottom of the pan so you can confit the legs of your next duck.
Roast and cover with cherries.

wild duck is atrocious. the fish they eat gives the meat a very unpleasant flavor. farm raised duck is god tier however.
