whole

Well you should first ask what kind of food your duck is into; I doubt he would want to make something that doesn't appeal to him.

For whole duck this recipe is great. I have had great success serving it to dinner parties.

I love how sick and twisted humanity has become to invent that dish.

If there's any single dish proving we're top of the food chain it has to be that one...

You could do tea smoked duck with onion pancakes and plum sauce.
Shredded duck poutine sounds pretty awesome.

You could roast the whole thing, but I'd break it down, use the breasts for one thing, legs for something else. If you could get your hands on soem duck fat, confit the legs.
If you roast the whole thing (score the breasts), save the fat in the bottom of the pan so you can confit the legs of your next duck.
>>
Roast and cover with cherries.

wild duck is atrocious. the fish they eat gives the meat a very unpleasant flavor. farm raised duck is god tier however.
