who the fuck puts oj in a margarita. 5 ingredients: tequila, triple sec, lime, ice, salt. anything else is the equivalent of calling a "chocolate martini" a martini. not a margarita

a whiskey sour is whiskey (almost always bourbon), lemon/lime (sour, aka not oj), and sugar/simple. a decent whiskey/oj combo is 3 parts bourbon, 1 part oj, 6 parts ginger beer (or ginger ale and ango if you don't have ginger beer) on ice

gin and oj is vile

i made a shitty whiskey sour and it tasted like stomach acid

Even works with scotch (only in one cocktail I know, but still, it's a great cocktail)

Blood and sand: equal parts scotch, blood orange, cherry brandy, and sweet vermouth (carpano works best); shake, serve up

Vodka and ice-water.

Cheap and good af.

3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz falernum
1/2 oz Don's mix
1.5 oz gold PR rum
1.5 oz dark Jamaican rum
1 oz Hamilton 151
1 tsp. grenadine
6 drops absinthe
1 dash angostura

Flash blend for 5 seconds with 3/4 cup crushed ice, pour into a tall glass, and kiss your ass goodbye.

I finished half of it, woke up and tried it sober, and nearly puked. Shit tasted like cherries soaked in rubbing alcohol.

Wine with vodka.

Technically I was just spiking a girls wine bottle but she was already so drunk she couldn't taste the difference.

Made this when I was already drunk and wanted to make a special mojito or some shit, turned out to be pretty ok

I was at a festival, it was the last day and people were running out of booze. By this time a lot of people had already left the camping grounds so we went around looking for leftover booze

What we then found we mixed

I say never again but probably going to do something similar next year
