Stouffer's is fantastic but it has a ton of sodium and is pretty shitty for your health overall. But in terms of taste

Stouffers contains 482mg per 100g. Kraft Dinner contains 589mg per 100g. I'm unable to find a reliable source for Velveeta's pasta dish, but it might be upwards of 776mg.

stouffer's is easily the best. but it's probably the worst for you

The marie calenders vemont white cheddar mac is really good but I usually just make baked mac with velveta.

Pre-cooked frozen meals are so overpacked with sodium that it's almost unconscionable to look at the nutrition box, let alone eat them.

I've yet to eat any frozen Stouffers meal that wasnt decent. Literally everything they make is great.

Just super saiyan that it's always surprising to see more than 50% sodium packed in a microwaveable box. I've eaten them before. Feel free to eat all the instant meals you want. No need to get so defensive, just choose something better than mac and cheese.
