baked some flat breads on a pizza stone, if i was to do it again i'd just use a pan.

Kofta meatballs

Minced beef and some lamb seasoned with garlic, cumin, paprika, chopped parsley and salt.
One egg and some breadcrumbs.
Fried in olive oil

Took me roughly an hour.
Prepped everything while the flat breads were baking, then I just threw all the peppers into the oven and made the kofta and hummus.

Drain and wash canned white beans, chop bell peppers, cucumbers, parsley and red onion.

Season with salt, dressing is just a EVOO with a some lemon juice.

Mix everything and then put it in the fridge for an hour or so.
