>after all these years and the hundreds of "hot dogs" I've consumed in my life, it turns out it was all a lie
Thanks for clearing this up anon. It's obvious that you're not the delusional one here.
Phoebe Cates has better uses for a carrot.
>Also, what is 'relish'?

Montreal Hot dog
Steamed sausage with mustard, diced raw onions, cabbage (sauerkraut) on a steamed bun
Relish in this case refers to pickle relish, a sauce made of finely chopped pickled cucumbers and sometimes other vegetables. It should be a combination of tart and sweet with a bit of crunch. Sometimes it's mixed with mustard.
screw that menu, ill just go to my local shoppe instead
From UK. I Googled relish, and I dont think Ive ever seen that in a supermarket here. Ive certainly never had it.
We have pickles and chutneys, but not relish in the way that was meant here.
>hi, yes i'm wondering what you think the of the hershey dog?
>you haven't tried it?
>oh, hmm..okay you must be new. i'd like to speak with someone who has tried the hershey dog, please.
then i would just keep being a fucker until one of those poor employees was forced into trying that abomination
#1 hot dog might be an icelandic dog. I had one every day and two just before my flight home.
#2 Gotta be a chicago dog, but done right.
#3 Homemade chili dog like at a chili-themed restaurant, none of that coney island or weird canned stuff at restaurants. Good colby on top and raw sweet onion.
#4 Pan fried kosher hot dog, butterflied for more surface area, topped with grilled onions and hot mustard, soft potato bun or pretzel bun.
#5 BBQ dog, almost black and charred, blistered and well done. Toasted bun with garlic butter. Great homemade BBQ sauce, maybe some cheddar or good angel hair slaw on top. Chow chow, howards hot pepper relish, or bread and butter pickles if I want some piquant thing going on.
#6 Hard to find a good one, but a Colombian hot dog is pretty damn special.
Herewe go, colombians put some pineapple puree on there with the hot green chili mayo and salty fresh cheese, and crunchy potato sticks. If you're lucky, there will be some little quail eggs on top.
