I use bittersweet/dark chocolate and I do 1/2 light and 1/2 dark corn syrup

I will probably make a chocolate tart around xmas.

Made it many times. It took me a couple times to actually make it correctly. Seems like it's going to be underdone when you take it out, but it's actually correct. Don't keep cooking it. Follow the recipe.
It's a solid recipe. Very very fatty and sweet.
