there are a lot of good brands, but there is one that is supposed to stand above the rest: Civet poo coffee.

The cat only eats the best coffee beans, then you pick it out of their shit, wash it off, dry, roast, grind and serve.

I probably wouldn't try it, but is supposed to be the best.

Personally I buy cafe l'affare Brava in a plunger grind and use a plunger / french press.
