>are they that good? aren't they like going £5 a pop as well?
my tesco had a 2 for £5 offer going for a while. i'm addicted to getting one, flaking a fillet of mackerel into it, adding some chilli sauce and then microwaving it. i don't even know if it tastes good anymore i eat it so much but it clears the sinuses, fills me up for ages and is pretty nutritious. in addition to taking 5 minutes to make.

The main veggies are onion, bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato, radishes, ginger, potato cauliflower.
Some pasta finds its way in there, too.

its quite an unspecific term
>Eggs
>Oatmeal with some berries
>Meats (Chicken breast, chuck roast, butterfly pork chops, etc)
>Cruciferous veggies (Broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
>Frozen pizza (DiGiorno)
That's what I mainly consume. Sometimes I'll switch out veggies for beans like lentils or red kidney beans. Works for me!

>fruit/veg smoothie
handful of spinach, handful of kale, handful of baby carrots, handful of blueberries, about a cup of kefir, spoonful of chia seeds, 3 eggs, enough orange juice to make it blend smooth. makes about 5 cups of smoothie which i gulp down while i get ready for work. this is really the only way i can get some fiber and veggies with my breakfast and it takes 2 minutes to make. also tastes really good despite all the veggies, looks like vomit though.
>turkey wraps
turkey, mayo, brown mustard, chopped up tomatoes, spinach, wrapped in a tortilla. easy as fuck to whip together in the morning to take with me to work or just as a snack on a day off.
>protein shake
my flavor of choice is optimum nutrition's caramel toffee fudge. tastes amazing with milk. i'll usually throw in a spoonful of chia seeds with this as well for some extra fiber.
>peaches
holy fuck i love peaches, snack on them all day. if peaches aren't in season i usually resort to clementines.
>chicken thighs
i grill a little over 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs almost every night for dinner. i either serve them with some peas and sweet potatoes with a side salad, or i just chop them up and throw them into the salad with some homemade caesar dressing if i'm not super hungry. sometimes i mix it up and make chicken parmesan or something else just so i'm not eating the same thing every night.

Normally rice and beans would be at the top together, but lately I haven't had any beans at all.
>>5539016
1. Bread, I honestly can't remember a day where I haven't eaten bread in some form
2. Pasta, probably my second biggest source of calories
3. Tomatoes, canned tomatoes are super cheap and taste great, homemade pizza, pasta sauces, soups, stews, curries, just eating them straight out of the can.
4. Celery, pretty much my go to I'm hungry but I've eaten too much bread snack. I'll go though a whole bunchstickthing of celery every 2-3 days or so.
5. Cheese, commonly eaten with, you guessed it, bread.
Eggs
Rice
Milk
Tomatoes
Pork shoulder
nobody will read my post but here I go
>brown rice
>chicken
>black beans
>peanut butter
>green peppers/onion blend
bananas
brown bread
porridge
chili (ingredients vary as do accompaniments ie rice/wraps/potatoes etc)
a tie between chocolate and crisps
Not my absolute preferences as I'm in rather dire circumstances at the moment, but lately it's been a lot of:
hummus
dill pickles
yogurt (usually Greek, occasionally not)
sandwiches (usually either chicken/turkey/or cheese and usually with hummus, garlic, herbs, and habanero sauce on some sort of bread or other)
surimi in the form of fake crab sticks, I'm addicted to them because they're easy on my stomach
always, always several bottles of spring water a day, I cannot go without it or I get really ill
If I were not in these circumstances, my list would be substantially different, probably like:
eggs, beans, salads, haluski or other cabbage based dishes, some sort of fresh fruit
>multi-grain bread
>mustard
>lunchmeat turkey
>green leaf lettuce
>bananas
