what would be your recommendation for a rice cooker? I cook so much rice that i think it would be a solid investment, in addition to the other things it can be used for.
cheap is ideal, but I realize that you gotta spend a certain amount to get good quality.

I have one of these, 8 cup capacity. Bought it uhhhhh 12 years ago-ish for maybe $15. Still works great, never felt a need to upgrade.

I got severely dehydrated once when I was a teenager and got lost walking around in the woods after hippy-flipping with a buddy.
Had to be hospitalized and put on a saline drip.
Severe dehydration makes you dizzy and delirious, you actually stop peeing after a bit and your muscles start cramping like crazy. My stomach hurt so much and I had to vomit but couldn't because I had nothing left in my system to vomit out.
Since then I don't do drugs in the woods, especially not without a sober babysitter, and I also drink a shit ton of water.
Helped my acne clear up too which is a cool benefit.
Remember to hydrate.

I've lived off frozen pizza, burgers, TV dinners, beef stew, fries, soda, etc for years now.
I'm working on getting into shape, I walk 5-8 miles a day.
But my heart isn't healthy enough to run, a 10 minute miles keep my heart rate close to 220bpm and leaves me drenched and miserable.
I'm looking for foods that are not ridiculously unhealthy but still taste good to an autist.
Stuff like a salted plain baked potato, plain popcorn, etc
Suggestions?

I'm tired of making shitty scrambled eggs.

Sometimes I just choose to go to McDonalds for breakfast because my egg cooking sucks. How the hell do you cook scrambled eggs without taking literally forever to do so and preferably with nothing except eggs (and salt for after if needed)?
